Freshly Fallen.

Camel Colored Cape: Forever21 (gift).
Black Pleated Skirt: Forever21.
Camel Beret: American Apparel.
Black Sweater: Stolen from my mother.
Black Boots: Thrifted.

Hello there everyone!

Ohio is showing its true colors now and dumped eight beautiful inches of pure white fluff on us yesterday! I am loving it because nothing is better than sipping warm coffee on a snowy day inside bundled up in a brand new cape :) Plus, it's just too beautiful NOT to love when taking outfit pictures!

I dyed my hair last night a more solid, dark brown. I really quite like it! I get tired of having such light hair with strange blonde streaks, so I've been pining for some long, dark locks for awhile now. I feel much more like myself and hope the dye stays in for awhile.

Did you all have a swell Christmas? I sure hope so! Mine was perfect and I'm looking forward to showing you all a few of the pretty goodies I got from my loving family members. They spoil me so!

Hmm, hmm, hmm. Well I suppose that's all for now! I have lots of things I want to write about but this shall be sufficient enough for now. I'm off to get some coffee at my favorite shop; all too typical! x

With much love, Lauren.

P.S. Enter for the chance to win $20 to Blue Bird Bride Jewelry if you'd like/haven't yet here!

Such a pretty outfit! loves :)

That cape is so adorable! I love how you paired all black on the bottom.

Also, you hair looks amazing! It really makes your signature red lip pop even more now. :)

Glad that you had such a wonderful Christmas!

Dying your hair is sometimes just what you need for a little boost. I know it helped me redefine my style and get out of a rut over the summer! Aside from your beautiful hair, I love the color combination of camel and black. It doesn't get much more classic than that!
