Hello everyone!
Today was seriously the loveliest day because I got my first snow day of the school year! Last night I was somewhat on the fence for whether or not I would get even a delay, but the storm pulled through for me and snagged me a day off of school (and making a four day weekend at that!). I lounged around the house a bit, read my book for my senior paper, played the Sims, drank hot chocolate, caught up on T.V. shows, and took these outfit photos! My oh my you have no idea how cold it was out... I absolutely froze my butt off even with two pairs of sweater tights on my legs! I actually had to do this shoot in segments because I couldn't stand being outside for an extended period of time... The wind chill and force was so fierce it nearly knocked me off my feet! What a blustery day it twas, but if it gets me off of school I don't mind :)

Hope you all are doing wonderful though

With much love, Lauren.

Lovely, lovely, lovely!
Your outfits just never cease to amaze me Lauren! Love the blue beret (you look like Carrie from WishWishWish!!) and that is quite a fetching shade of pink lipstick, it pops!
How exciting! A snow day! I've never had one of those because it doesn't snow at all in Australia (except for in the mountains). The floral head wreath I made was actually inspired by you! When I saw you made one I was like 'Oh, I have to make one now!'. I'll be giving you a little shout-out when I post it later today :)

First of all, I have no clue how you even had the COURAGE to go out and take quality pictures like that, much less in a dress! It was a little warmer for us today so hopefully you'll be getting it too:) And you got a snow day? Lucky duck:) I love your dress, and your lipstick is beautiful! <3

I think I spend most of my life playing The Sims. BECAUSE I CAN. But usally I make an awesome house for them to live in, which takes ages, so I end up quitting the game haha. Anyway. You have an amazing sense of style. I am loving your outfit!

I never got snow days at school (it doesn't snow where I live). The photos are beautiful so hopefully it was worth standing in the cold!

Wow, the last picture is so professional looking! Gah, you look like a doll in these.
Haha, the blustery weather as of late has been putting a frown on my face, but I guess it would have been better if we had gotten snow too!

Aw this is so pretty. I love the mix of blue and cream colors. That beret is fantastic, so is your dress, and the scarf looks so cozy too.

Superb! I love the cozy/feminine feel of the outfit. And the blue is striking against the cream.

This is absolutely darling! I always loved having school delays. It was such a fun time to get a lot done before school began. I don't know how you survive outdoor photo shoots when it gets as cold as it does!
