Up, Up and Away!

Black Dress with Built In Belt: Forever21.
Brown Gladiator Sandals: Gabriel Brother's.
Black Bow Headband: Kohl's.
Brown and Beige Panda Scarf: Gift from my Aunt Stacey for Easter!

I named this post "Up, Up and Away " because of the jumping shot I took! I always think jumping shots are so much fun... Usually when I do a jumping shot, however, the camera captures a little bit more than I want to post on my blog, lol. Wearing a dress to do jumping pictures isn't the brightest idea I've ever had. Today though, I actually had one jumping shot that turned out decent. And the best part? I'm not flashing anyone!
I love this scarf my aunt got me for Easter... Believe it or not, I have a TON of t-shirts in my closet, and almost all of them have pandas on them! (Usually I only wear the t-shirts to go to bed or when I'm feeling extremely lazy/sick!) When I opened the package to see this beautiful scarf, I couldn't wait to wear it. Another perk besides having my favorite animal all over it, is that the scarf is super duper soft!
Today I was extremely nervous at school...All sophomores are required to take a speech class, and so far the class has been nerve racking but not too bad. The speech we are currently doing is called the pantomime speech, where a person must act out a situation and cannot talk. The person also must do all actions with imaginary objects! Give me a speech to read on paper and I'm fine. Act out a situation silently? Eh...not my cup of tea! My topic I chose was getting ready for a date. I actually wasn't even planning on going today, but at the last minute I decided to get it over with. My worst fear was that no one would laugh and I would just look like an idiot... Thankfully, I did get some laughs out of my classmates; and I got an A! :)

Tonight I'm going with my boyfriend and his family to find him a tux for prom. It's hard to believe it's on May 1st. Right around the corner! I still need to figure out exactly what I'm going to do with my hair. I have a vague idea, soft, retro finger waves with a Marcel bang. All I need to do is find the perfect picture and I'll be set and ready for my prom!
