Wearing my most worn dress in my closet again--my beloved mint, lace dress from Delia's. I got it for my 19th birthday and it has been my favorite piece. I was surprised when I looked to make sure, but I haven't done a remix post on it yet! Have to get one started to publish sometime this week :)
I brought my beauty out because I knew it would look perfect with this new statement necklace I redeemed with some of my Chictopia points! It's from the designer Kristin Perry who makes beautiful, eye catching, colorful jewelery. I don't wear a lot of jewelery, but when I do it's usually just dainty necklaces. I've been wanting to branch out though because I feel like necklaces can make an outfit totally new and different again. Certainly feels that way with this dress. I've worn it so many times I'm running out of ways to style it differently, but this necklace made it feel completely new.

You have such a great eye for color, Lauren. I would never have thought to put that beautiful celery-mint with the cobalt blue, but they look fantastic together, and the necklace really ties them in beautifully. I always end up being very matchy-matchy, so you inspire me to think outside the box a little bit! :) Also... love this color lipstick on you!

Loving the blue and mint combo. They go so well together. I've yet to see someone actually pull it off other than a mannequin. It's subtle but the outfit looks great!
