Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
I hope you all had a lovely holiday and enjoyed being with all of your families and loved ones... I have so very much to be thankful for in my own life that it's incredible. I have the most loving family a girl could ever ask for. Seriously, my family would do anything and everything for me and I know that I am so blessed to have the family I have. This year I've been cherishing them so much because next year I'll be away at college which is so scary to think about. Being without my rock and my support is terrifying. I know God (who I am also incredibly thankful for!) will take care of me though next year and always keep me close to my family
The other thing I most cherish in my life and am so thankful for is my health. So many people in this world are sickly. Did you know one in three people in the world have cancer...? It's such a scary statistic, but an incredibly real one. I take for granted so many moments where I think that just having OCD is bad. I get in these 'woe is me' moods, when really I should be thankful that I have OCD and not something more serious. I'm just so blessed having lived a healthy and full life thus far.
I want to thank you all-my beautiful followers- especially for being in my life and always supporting me. Sometimes I don't know what I would do without you all. You're like a family to me, and a never ending support system. I'm so thankful for you all!
With much love, Lauren.

you look so adorable. happy thanksgiving, dear!
Ok I know I start to seem like a weird stalker commenting on every single post of yours and I'm sorry for that :) Just wanted to say, that I find this post very inspiring and it made me think about all the things I should be thankful for my self. We don't celebrate Thanksgiving in Germany which I find sad because it's such a beautiful tradition (and some delicious food, I've heard!). I think I might be a copy cat and make a similiar post on my blog about the things I have to be thankful for this year...
Also, you look stunning, but that's no surprise :)

This is such a unique and pretty dress. You look so wonderful in this color. I love how much your family means to you. That's so rare in a lot of young kids these days. (as if I'm OLD or something). But I could tell from meeting your parents and sister how special you are to one another.
