County Fair!

Hello there everyone!
Today my grandmother, sister, and I went to my county's fair! I'm usually not a big fair person because of my OCD (all of the dirt, germs, getting sick ect),but there wasn't really thing going on today so I decided to give it a shot! It has been years since I've been to my county's fair. but I have such fond memories of going to it as a little child. It was pretty nostalgic to be there!

We saw all of the animals that were on show, and I just loved the alpacas and the bunny rabbits! I thought the pig sleeping wasn't too bad looking either, hehe. I'm incredibly wary of fair rides, but I used to love the 'fun slide' as a little girl and had to take a picture!

And what's the fun of going to the fair without having some good and greasy fair food?! I had to get some deep fried onion rings before we left and I must say they were horribly delicious ;)
Finally, I lived through the whole fair experience by playing the rip off fair games! I must have been lucky today though because on my first try I popped a balloon and won a stuffed pug for my sister!

I'll be back later with an outfit post, so see all of you lovelies later on ❤
With much love, Lauren.

I'm glad you went, Lauren. Dogs are my favorite animals but pigs run a close second. When I was your age and younger I went to the York (PA) fair every September and never missed the livestock exhibits including the swine. I'll be blogging about the York Interstate Fair early next month. I hope you'll stop over.

I'm so glad you went. I experience the same feeling as you do about fairs, but I just love going on days when their aren't many people.
I love all your pics, yay!!

I think our county fair just ended. The last time I went was to see the legendary B.B. King in concert, and oh man was that great. Unfortunately, it was only at night and the only things I did after was just buy some tote bag and watch a couple fireworks, which isn't bad actually. One thing I get scared of is the rides. For some reason, I can trust rides in amusement parks but not in a fair...haha

I love fairs!! I'm so sad to be missing the Iowa State Fair this week. Fried food, animals, creeky rides, horrible concerts. It's right up my alley!

It seems like all the county fairs happen around the same time. I am so behind in my blog entries and just saw this. I posted a county fair too yesterday. I love piggies. aren't they cute? I can understand about the germs there. I always bring my sanitizer with me. greasy fair food. Mmm!!
