Hello everyone!

When I took these pictures yesterday it was 50 degrees! Most of the snow melted and I didn't even have to wear a coat. I had forgotten what it's like to actually enjoy taking outfit pictures! Today it went back to being cold here in Ohio again. Oh well, it gives me an excuse to wear my new winter coat. I'll have some pictures up soon!

I'm wearing my new peter pan collar shirt I received from my grandmother for Christmas. It's so perfect! I have such an infatuation with peter pan collars....

Hope you all are doing well!
With much love, Lauren.

So pretty! I love your new shirt--your grandma has good taste. We had a crazy warm-weather day in Iowa as well on Thursday--high 50s! Now it's absolutely freezing outside again though:/ The weather is crazy this year!

Happy New Year, Lauren!

I love the peter pan collar on the stripe shirt! It looks so French and lovely. . . your grandmother is an excellent gift giver!
I also can't wait to see your new coat. . . I have a feeling it might be vintagey? Haha, just a wild guess :)

hearts and hugs,
Nina

Thank you for complimenting my handwriting! I know it seems odd, but I'm quite proud of it, so it was a lovely compliment for me.
I love the stripes and peter pan collar, they are so cute!

I just found and started following your blog a few days ago, thanks to Reva. I am blown away by your sophisticated style. I only wish I could have looked as amazing as you do when I was a teen or even in my twenties.

You are just darling in this ensemble! It was unseasonably warm here a few days ago, in the 50's too, and it was so incredible! Now it's freezing again!

Anyhow, I really love that top; I'm a sucker for peter pan collars. You look so lovely!

Best wishes,
Amber Rose

Oh that blouse is just lovely... For some reason it always seems to be difficult to find anything with a peter pan collar without trailing round charity shops for hours, so anything off the rack is very welcome :)
I'm intending to do a huuuuge Forever 21 order sometime soon because they finally opened a store in the UK... this is definitely on my list :P

Peter Pan collars are seriously the most adorable thing ever. I love little details like that that really take a garment from plain to special :)
