Building Blocks.

Blue Satin Dress: c/o Lulu*s.
Mustard Cardigan, Blue Beret: Forever21.
Red Infinity Scarf: Target.
Riding Boots: Old Navy.
Red Clutch: c/o OASAP.
Royal Ring Look Alike: Gift from reader Kezzie.

Hello!

This outfit reminds me of the building blocks I had as a little girl. They were always in these bright, primary colors of red, blue, and yellow. So I figured I'd take a little step back into my past and take some inspiration from it.

Don't really have much to say today. Hm.

With much love, Lauren.

Amazing color combination!

I'm so sad, because today I went searching for a hat to buy, and didn't find the right one :( Seeing your beret really made me jealous :)!

Amazing colour blocking dear. That blue satin dress is divine! I would love to invite you to display one of your fab outfits in a blogger contest soon coming up on my blog. The prize would be a free banner :-) think about me and drop me a line if you're interested! Love, Coco

Perfect name for this post, and this look is amazing!!! You put things together in ways I never would think of myself, and you always look fantastic. I also love how you've managed to dress down that dress, and how it looks like it was always meant to be worn that way! I've been dying to get an oversized envelope style clutch like that. That last picture of you is absolutely stunning, also.

Oh my goodness! This color combo is so chic. I basically swooned haha. You always manage to created the most stylish combos. I also got super excited when I saw those boots--I have the same pair from Old Navy! Did you get them on sale too? I was able to score them for only $10!

By the way, I replied to your email earlier this morning. I'm really sorry about the misunderstanding. Something must've happened when I clicked through the link on your blog. Rest assured, I would never try to register your personal blog under my name. I've always admired your lovely outfit combos and beautiful writing. I really hope that this craziness doesn't change anything!

This color combination is so cute! I would never have thought to make an outfit around the primary colors. You are right. These colors do remind me of the building blocks that you play with when you are little.

Eee, primary colors-I love it! You look just stunning-something about the way the beret matches the dress just sets this outfit up for magic. You make such a fancy fabric-ed dress look so comfy and wearable!
LOVE IT. That is all :)
