Floral Dress, Purse, Gloves, Heels, Hat (gift from my Aunt S.): All Thrifted.

Hello there everyone!
So since I went to see Water for Elephants with my grandmother today, I thought I'd dress up themed for the movie, hehe. (I do this a lot for all occasions. I know I'm an odd ball). The movie was so excellent and left me breathless. It's the type of movie I just love to watch. A movie with substance and a deeper meaning than just raunchy comedy. It's the type of movie that is inspiring and touches your heart down deep. The type of movie that makes you want to go out and change your life. Oh, and of course the clothes were an absolute delight, as well... The movie was set in the early 1930's during the depression and the clothing just made my jaw drop. It makes me want to be a wardrobe stylist for movies!

My hat is a new gift from my dear Aunt who also was so kind to also give me two other hats! This one was my favorite though... It reminds me of a 1920's cloche and the rose of the side is just the perfect, feminine touch. I never feel like my outfits are complete without a hat or hair accessory!

Hope you all are doing just wonderful! And I'd also like to give a big hello to all my new followers as of late. Do you know I thank God for each and every single one of you? :)
With much love, Lauren.

By the way, I dream of becoming a wardrobe stylist. I can't wait to get back into college so that I can earn my degree in fashion and merchandising. Just something that I'm very passionate about. Hehe.

Another adorable outfit; love it! :) Fun fact: I have that same exact purse for sale in my shop, except mine's brown. :)

Aahhh, I want to see Water for Elephants really bad! Everyone who saw it seemed to really like it and I'm sure I would too...I mean, Robert Pattinson is in it, so obviously it's good. ;D
