Hello everyone!

These are the final set of photos that Alex took of me last week and perhaps my favorite of the bunch. I've had this 1960's night gown for about a year and thrifted this little tangerine night over coat this summer;and, had never taken pictures in either. Because, I mean, that is kind of weird to take pictures in pajamas of yourself, so I just figured I'd wear them to bed and such and skip photographing them. Well, I got the idea that it might be cool to use them in this photoshoot for something more stylized rather than just, "hey, here's an outfit of me in what I wear to bed!" I think they're just such pretty pieces and deserved to be photographed, so I'm so pleased I wore them and Alex captured them beautifully!

Took my instant Polaroid camera out for its first spin last night with my little sister while we were doing some sparklers and smoke bombs left over from the 4th and man...I am so obsessed! It's a lot of fun to experiment with and I love the instant gratification of having your photos right there in seconds. Very excited to shoot more with it and learn. x
