Small coffee shops that are filled with the chitter chatter of people. People of all different ethnicities, beliefs, and ways to live life. A simple cup of hot chocolate. Preferably carmel hinted and when you drink it the whip cream sticks to your nose. Laughing. Laughing so hard that it brings tears to your eyes and it brings a twist to your stomach. But you don't care because you know it's from just being happy. Wool berets and winter coats, too. They protect you from the bitter cold that bites you as you fought your way inside to a cozy nook to sit down. The last remnants of the snowflakes melt off your woolen clothes and dissipate into nothing. Magazines filled with glossy images of unrealistic ideals. Inspiration at times, but other times just a way to escape the darkening reality of life itself. Cameras with retracting lenses, always a must. Used to capture the expressions of those who care for one another and share a common bond. A common bond though the soul that connects them. Coming home, you cry because you're so happy. You're so elated and you think that things are going to finally be different. You can finally feel happy because you belong. Because you're wanted. Because they want you.
